It has been revealed by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano that Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is set to return to the Premier League with Nottingham Forest.
According to Romano, Ndidi has already reached an agreement on personal terms with Nottingham Forest, although the clubs have yet to agree on a transfer fee.
In a recent tweet, Romano mentioned, “EXCLUSIVE: Nottingham Forest is preparing to make a bid for Wilfred Ndidi, who is their top target. Proposal is expected to be submitted soon for the Nigerian defensive midfielder. Understand that personal terms have been agreed, and negotiations between the clubs will now commence. Forest will push to make this transfer happen.”
Following Leicester City’s relegation last season, Ndidi is currently playing in the English Championship.
